Who is Saim?
Saim is Jitendra Singh, also known as Saim Charlie — a local guide and travel coordinator in Jaisalmer who helps guests plan hotels, desert camps, taxis, sightseeing and group trips.
Does Saim own the hotels and desert camps?
No. He arranges stays and experiences with local hotels and camps on your behalf, and coordinates the plan so you deal with one person.
How do I book?
Send an enquiry on WhatsApp with your dates, number of guests and the package or service you want. Saim confirms availability and final details before anything is booked.
Are the package prices fixed?
The listed prices are as shown on each package. Availability and applicable dates are confirmed during your enquiry.
Can I customise a package?
Yes. Share what you would like to change and Saim will tell you what is possible for your dates.
Is the India–Pakistan border visit always possible?
No. It requires applicable permission and is subject to restrictions set by authorities, which can change.
What is the best time to visit Jaisalmer?
Most visitors come between October and March, when days are pleasant and desert nights are cool to cold. Summers are very hot.
Do you arrange trips for large groups?
Yes. Two group packages are designed for a minimum of 10 guests on double occupancy, with tempo traveller transport and guiding.
Can you arrange only a taxi or only a hotel?
Yes. Hotel booking, taxi service, desert camps and guiding can each be arranged on their own.
Are adventure activities included?
Quad biking, parasailing, paragliding and similar activities are optional, charged separately and depend on local availability and conditions.
What should I pack for the desert night?
Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses for the day, and a warm layer for the night, especially in winter.
Will Saim personally accompany my trip?
He coordinates every booking. Whether he personally accompanies you depends on his availability, which is confirmed during enquiry.
